Janette is a fantastic realtor! She knows all the ends and outs about her job. Janette started working with us in 2018 when we were living out of state and wanted to retire to KY. We had a great experience with Janette. What was so great? First, we weren't sure what we wanted to do, build or buy. She helped set up a meeting with a local builder after showing us those neighborhoods. This meeting wasn't something she needed to do and if we chose to build it wouldn't have benefited her one bit. Second, we relocated from a few states away not knowing the local area. She knows the local Murray market way more than anyone should and wasn't afraid to call other realtors who knew something about a specific property if she wasn't familiar with that listing. Last, after a long grueling day, we needed the humor she brought to the process. I appreciate that she didn't push, complain, or show the least bit of favoritism towards a home. She asked great questions, pointed out aspects to consider, and helped us through the process. In the end we made a new friend and yes if we move again she will definitely be our agent.

Janette DeWitt sold us two homes and sold one for us. She was able to make the purchase of one and sale of the other fall on the same day, which meant we went from one to the other without having to find an interim home. She made the process as stress free as imaginable.
