Janette is a fantastic realtor! She knows all the ends and outs about her job. Janette started working with us in 2018 when we were living out of state and wanted to retire to KY. She found us our perfect dream home in 2021. We fall in love with our mini farm the first time we saw it. Janette is the type of person that goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are happy. We had a great experience with Janette. What was so great? First, we weren't sure what we wanted to do, build or buy. She helped set up a meeting with a local builder after showing us those neighborhoods. This meeting wasn't something she needed to do and if we chose to build it wouldn't have benefited her one bit. Second, we relocated from a few states away not knowing the local area. She knows the local Murray market way more than anyone should and wasn't afraid to call other realtors who knew something about a specific property if she wasn't familiar with that listing. Last, after a long grueling day, we needed the humor she brought to the process. I appreciate that she didn't push, complain, or show the least bit of favoritism towards a home. She asked great questions, pointed out aspects to consider, and helped us through the process. In the end we made a new friend and yes if we move again she will definitely be our agent.

Janette DeWitt sold us two homes and sold one for us. She was able to make the purchase of one and sale of the other fall on the same day, which meant we went from one to the other without having to find an interim home. She made the process as stress free as imaginable. Not that I plan to sell or buy another home, I often recommend people to her because of how at-east we were during what can be a stressful exchange.

Selling a house is not for the faint at heart. We had never dealt with a realtor buying a house as we had done 3 private buys. This was our first time selling a home so this was all a new experience. I can guarantee that we would have not sold our house without Janette DeWitt with Kopperud Realty's help. This is a FACT! She was a godsend to us. If it wasn't for her guidance, her timelines, and her instructions we would have never made it to the closing. Our house was nothing fancy it wasn't a house that was going to sell for a high dollar amount but it was OUR house and it was important to us that it all went good and we were able to sell it. I don't feel like we were ever treated differently because we were selling a house that wasn't going to bring her a huge payout compared to many others that were on the market at the time. We were selling as is and with that brings some challenges. We dealt with each challenge as they occurred and she continued to encourage us through every challenge. There were so many ups and downs and then of course it had to be 100 degrees for at least the last month while we were trying to show it. John was amazing, he is always easy to get ahold of and is very responsive to calls, texts and emails. He made the home buying process very easy, especially considering we were out of the state for most of it. His entire office was very professional, and went out of their way to accommodate us during the peak of the holidays, a snowstorm, and a covid surge.
