Selling a house is not for the faint at heart. We had never dealt with a realtor buying a house as we had done 3 private buys. This was our first time selling a home so this was all a new experience. I can guarantee that we would have not sold our house without Janette DeWitt with Kopperud Realty's help. This is a FACT! She was a godsend to us. If it wasn't for her guidance, her timelines, and her instructions we would have never made it to the closing. Our house was nothing fancy it wasn't a house that was going to sell for a high dollar amount but it was OUR house and it was important to us that it all went good and we were able to sell it. I don't feel like we were ever treated differently because we were selling a house that wasn't going to bring her a huge payout compared to many others that were on the market at the time. We were selling as is and with that brings some challenges. We dealt with each challenge as they occurred and she continued to encourage us through every challenge. I HIGHLY recommend Janette as a realtor!! There truly are not enough words to explain what she has done for us. There were so many ups and downs and then of course it had to be 100 degrees for at least the last month while we were trying to show it. He made the home buying process very easy, especially considering we were out of the state for most of it.
