They were essential in helping me navigate the very complicated process of buying a house from out-of-state through a probate sale... including rock-solid recommendations for both a loan officer and home inspector, digging for updates on the tedious process of the seller both locating the original deed and finalizing the transfer title, negotiating repairs and minimizing closing costs, and even solid local referrals for home upkeep after sale. We even received assistance in finding a temporary rental in Murray while waiting on the house to close so that my lady could make the initial move to Murray to begin her new job at Murray State University.

Not only is her expertise dazzling and her advice spot-on, but her willingness to support her clients goes well beyond what anyone would expect. When I moved out of town in 2025 and put my house on the market after leaving Murray, she met with plumbers, electricians, drywall contractors, and lawncare specialists in my absence, coming regularly to the vacant house for several weeks to check on things and oversee the repairs.
