Kayla is new to Kopperud Realty but not new to the world of real estate. Kayla began her real estate experience in 2019 in property management and has managed over 300 properties since. This has given her invaluable experience in working with people and handling property maintenance and has given her numerous contacts in the Murray area, not to mention invaluable insight for investor clients. Kayla decided to deepen her involvement in real estate and became an active Realtor in 2021. Since that time, she has been a multi-million dollar producer, and also serves as a Director on the MCC Board of Realtors.
“My interest in homes started at a young age and once I started property management, I wanted to dive more and more in the housing market, meet new people, form new relationships and push myself a step further,” she says. Kayla’s transition into real estate sales the last two years has been marked with success and satisfied customers. “Kayla is always exceeding our expectations and ensuring everything goes smoothly. She is quick to answer our questions and always has our best interest at the top of her priorities,” one client notes. Kayla brings not only her knowledge of rental property management to her role but also great technology skills and talent as an interior decorator, all of which give her a unique perspective on the process of buying and selling a home.
Kayla notes that she wants to push herself and learn to thrive in new situations. This philosophy has led to new friendships and strong relationships with clients. “I love the quality time I spend with clients and learning about them through their homes. The thrill of moving quickly to make things work for my clients, the joy of an accepted contract and learning to handle varying situations and growing my knowledge every day is my motivation,” she states.
Kayla is a lifelong resident of Murray. She has been involved in dance, interior decorating and helping others with their marketing by creating logos, signs, and cards for customers. She is a member of Hardin Baptist Church and serves as a sixth-grade youth leader for the church. She and her husband, Payton, the temporary manager for Stay-Tuff fencing supplies in Kentucky and Tennesse, have been married for four years and are expecting a baby girl in October.
